search
engine optimisation business
Search engines are internet venues where
billions of people congregate to search for information. The most prominent
search engine giants are Google and Yahoo. The kind of traffic these dot-com
companies receive per hour is phenomenal.
If our auto manufacturers requested
fifteen recalls in a year, we would stop buying the brand. If our washing
machine manufacturers had fifteen recalls search
engine optimisation tutorials in a lifetime they would be out of
business.
We could make a note of all the useful internet sites we come
across and share it with Kontent Machine our friends for reference or we could
rush to the library for every bit of information we require.
Nicado: Nicado
Limited developed this search engine that is based on searching old email and
old telephone numbers. Registered users are allowed to search the Nicado
database by means of a telephone number or an email address.
Sphinx: It is a
free software search engine that mainly indexes databases such as MySQL and
PostgreSQL. It has high searching and indexing speeds and supports distributed
searching.
The type of inbound links you should be seeking are those where
the other site's content is relevant to your own. Obviously your competitors are
unlikely to link to you, so you need to find discussion sites where their
content is relevant to what you do. Again, just asking them to link to your home
page because you want them to send business your way is unlikely to work. So get
some extra pages on your site containing useful content which people will want
to read. Asking another site owner to link to this content is much more likely
to work if this enhances their own site.
